Reviewing Activities
Once students have completed the action and their reflections, they will notify you via Managebac that they need your review. You will write a brief description of their progress, effort and commitment, and check off which learning outcomes they achieved. You will mark if the action is complete or not.
Reviews: The easiest way to see which activities need your review is to go to your 'Reviews' page on Managebac.
Here is where you will see the entire list of activities and students you are supervising. Pay attention to the legend and symbols to see which are in progress and which are ready to be reviewed. Here, I have ONE activity that I need to review.
Click on your 'Sent Reviews' to complete your review. Below is the overview of what the page looks like.
First, you must read the reflections to make sure they have provided evidence of achieving all selected outcomes. For this, you will see Bart has reflected on 4 outcomes.
Next, select which outcomes they achieved and have reflected on. If there are outcomes which are missing/the student did NOT achieve during this activity, please follow tutorial for marking activities as incomplete here.
If the student has achieved all outcomes and shown this in their reflections, you need to review the activity as complete by giving a brief comment, checking the outcomes, and marking as complete.
This activity will now show up as 'Reviewed' in your progress page.
