Using the Learning Outcomes Chart
You must go to a student's individual SA page to find the Learning Outcome Chart. It is at the bottom right of their page. This shows you which outcomes the STUDENT has selected in their activities.
When the student reflects, green will be added to the chart.
Orange= outcome selected on their activity page
Green= student has selected this outcome in their reflection
NOTE: This is completely STUDENT done. It is very important as a HR teacher you monitor this to make sure they are selecting outcomes that fit their activity AND are reflecting on each of those outcomes.

We will use the LO chart to help mark student progress and determine if they have completed their SA for the year.
You need to refer to your specific grade requirements to see if they are achieving the correct outcomes.
Students should aim to complete their outcomes once per semester.
REMEMBER: This chart is NOT based on supervisor reviews. We must be careful when using ONLY this chart to determine progress because it is done by student activity.
